Most of the data on MARKER are from the international HapMap project. The
HapMap data coordinating center provides genotypic data from which we infer pairwise linkage disequilibrium statistics.
MARKER has tools that allow you to build a private data archive and to analyse your datasets in different ways before making them public. As we're still in beta phase,
we're only offering this facility for a limited number of investigators at present.
